ABOUT YOU

To shop with us, you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a credit or debit card that we accept (payment types listed below)
  • Be authorised to use that credit or debit card


ELIGIBILITY

Our products are available only to individuals over the age of 18 years old. By placing your order for our products, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years old.


PURCHASING

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay,ApplePay, Paypal and Amazon pay. If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. We now also offer ClearPay - please note that you cannot use this payment method if purchasing a Fresh Beer Club subscription.


CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please get in touch with Customer Service on hello@pinter.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes. If your order is currently being processed, we will attempt to make the changes you have requested, but note that it may not be possible.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

Rolling Monthly Subscription.

Fresh Beer Club subscribers receive Pinter Packs delivered to their door on a monthly basis. The price of subscription is 20% off each Fresh Beer, not including a delivery fee.

You will be charged for your first subscription order at checkout and receive your order within the delivery time stated in your order confirmation email. You will be charged for your subsequent subscription orders on the same date each month thereafter and we will send an order confirmation to the email registered on your account once payment is taken.

If your first Fresh Beer Club order is placed on the 31st of the month, your subscription will renew and subsequent payments will be processed on the last day of the month for months with fewer than 31 days. 

Our Fresh Beer Club subscription service is completely flexible. You can change your Pinter Pack selection and quantity, and pause or cancel for up to three cycles at any time. Any changes must be made before 11:59pm the day before your subscription renews. Any orders that have been processed after this time cannot be changed or cancelled. If you don't select a Fresh Beer before your subscription date, you will receive the default beer at the time for that month.

SEND IT ASAP

You may wish to receive your subscription choices sooner than your upcoming Fresh Beer Club subscription date. With the “Send it ASAP” function, this is possible. When selecting your monthly Pinter Packs as normal, you can click "Send It ASAP" button and then confirm it in the resulting pop-up.

The Send It ASAP date will be your new subscription date moving forward. There is no limit to how often you can use Send It ASAP, and no extra charges attached. 

If you are trying to use Send It ASAP and your payment method fails, we won't be able to complete your order.

CHANGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DATE OUTSIDE OF THE 'SEND IT ASAP' FUNCTION

You can change the date of your monthly subscription as long as you haven’t changed within the last 3 months. To update your subscription date, please contact Customer Services and we'll be able to update it in your account.

BENEFITS

From time to time, we may send free gifts to all our Fresh Beer Club subscribers. You can opt out of receiving any free gifts in the Manage Subscription section of your online Pinter account.

Fresh Beer Club subscribers may also have priority invites to Community events, or early access to pre-sales.  


PRICE DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

If you have received a voucher or promotion from us, one of our partners, or from a friend (lucky you!), here's how they work:

They cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
They are usually limited to one per person.
Our vouchers are usually only redeemable for a set timeframe.
Our vouchers typically are only redeemable against a specific product and this cannot be exchanged for money off something else (ie you cannot use your discount off a Pinter against a Fresh press).
BUT please note, the offer does vary from voucher to voucher, so please refer to the voucher itself.
We do sometimes test the price of our products and/or offer discounts to make sure that we provide the best value to our customers, this may mean you get a price that isn't our lowest price. Due to the nature of these tests, we cannot make up the difference in prices for customers.
We operate a fair use policy on all promotional activity and reserve the right to cancel at any time.

In the unlikely event that your voucher or discount is not working, please get in touch with our Customer service Team via our website or email us at hello@pinter.co.uk who'll be happy to help.


DELIVERY

Once we’ve received payment, we will get your order ready for dispatch. Your anticipated delivery date will be in your order confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. 

Single Pinter Packs are delivered by Royal Mail and have been designed specifically to fit through a standard-sized letterbox, so there is no need to be in for delivery.

Next day delivery: all Pinter orders ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day with next day delivery. Delivery times differ for Scotland, Highlands and Islands.


RETURNS

If you decide to return something to us, you will need to email hello@pinter.co.uk with details of your return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product will need to be in an unused condition in its original packaging. After this return has been authorised, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us for a refund.

If the product is faulty, you have the right to return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

If the product is faulty and it has been over 30 days since you have received it, we have the right to try to resolve the issue in the first instance, which could include repairing or replacing it. If a replacement or repair is unsuccessful in resolving the fault, you have the right to a refund.

The above does not apply if you are returning a faulty Pinter Pack that is outside its best before date as shown on the Fresh Press.


30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

We’re so confident that you’ll love Fresh Brewing, that Pinter 3 will be covered under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If, for any reason you feel that your Pinter 3 did not live up to your expectations, we offer a no-hassle money-back guarantee for a Pinter 3 delivered within the last 30 days. 

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Returns Policy and Manufacturer’s Warranty must be used as directed. Failure to do so may result in these being voided. 

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not cover Co-Pinter 3s, Pinter Packs or Merchandise. If you would like to make a return for these products, please refer to our regular returns process.

If you would like to return your Pinter 3 within the first 30 days to claim your money back, please complete the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee form and our Customer Care team will be in touch as soon as possible to progress your submission. The form should be completed within the 30 days since delivery to qualify. The refund will be returned to the payment card used to purchase the Pinter 3. Please note, refunds take 5-7 days to appear in your bank once processed.

All Pinter 3s purchased with a Christmas voucher are exempt from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNT/PROMO CODES 

From time to time, we may issue promotional codes for discounts or additional products. Please remember to add these to your order at checkout before purchasing, as we won’t be able to honour these retrospectively. We are unable to extend the expiry of any voucher or discount code. You're unable to use more than one voucher or discount code at one time.

If you’re having any difficulty with a promotional code, please get in touch with us on hello@pinter.co.uk with a screenshot of the code, what the code redeems, and where you received it, and we will look into this for you.


PINTER INSIDERS

We want the Pinter Insiders to be a rewarding and fun connection with our customers. We know our customers hold valuable insights that will help us shape Pinter for the better in the future. The Pinter Insiders isn’t a rule-based forum. We want customers to comment and communicate with us freely, intuitively and honestly.

We just ask that everything discussed as part of the Pinter Insiders is kept confidential. This commitment allows us to share things with Pinter Insiders ahead of general release. Without this commitment, we can’t allow Pinter Insiders a window on our world - we will have to restrict the discussion topics and play much more safe with what we share. 

All Pinter Insiders will complete the sign-up questions ahead of joining.

All Pinter Insiders will agree to retaining confidentiality on anything discussed as part of the Pinter Insiders and will not discuss or share topics on social media.

Any Pinter Insiders found to be in breach of the confidentiality agreement will be removed from the Pinter Insiders group and will not be allowed readmittance.

Pinter Insiders can request to exit the group by contacting Customer Service.

Any particular customer issues relating to our product or services will be directed to, and handled by, the Customer Service team to align with all other customer support queries.

Any gifts provided as part of the Pinter Insiders cannot be exchanged for cash and will only be refunded if proved to be faulty.

Any expenses incurred for face to face groups will be discussed and agreed in advance.


YOUR PINTER AND CO-PINTER WARRANTY

To give you peace of mind when making Fresh Beer at home, all Pinters have a 12-month warranty. This covers any faults with your Pinter/Co-Pinter but does not cover accidental damage through misuse (for example, adding ingredients or items not contained within a Pinter Pack or listed in the Pinter instructions into your Pinter/Co-Pinter). 

Your warranty will begin when your Pinter has been delivered and is valid for 12-months from this date. To register your warranty, please complete the form in the email you receive after your Pinter has shipped. If you gifted the Pinter/Co-Pinter , you will receive an email to forward to the giftee to complete the form. If you have not received this, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk. If you have purchased a second hand Pinter  or Co-Pinter , please contact the original owner for the order no. Once you have this, please complete this form to transfer the warranty and follow the steps below to make a claim. Please note that the warranty period will remain at 12-months from when the Pinter/Co-Pinter  was originally delivered.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please ensure you have completed the form first. You should then contact our Customer Care team at hello@pinter.co.uk to begin your claim. When submitting a claim, please include a photo of the issue you have and summarise the problem. Our Community Service team will investigate this issue for you and may ask you additional questions or ask you for additional photos to ensure we provide the right service for you. If we find there is a fault, we may either replace the faulty part or the whole Pinter/Co-Pinter depending on the issue.


ACTIVE POUR TAP WARRANTY

All Active Pour Taps purchased separately from a Pinter will have a 12-month warranty. This covers any faults with your Active Pour Tap but does not cover accidental damage through misuse (for example, adding ingredients or items not contained within a Pinter Pack or listed in the Pinter instructions, into your Pinter/Co-Pinter). 

You warranty will begin when your Active Pour Tap has been delivered and is valid for 12-months from this date. If you would like to make a warranty claim, please email our Customer Service team at hello@pinter.co.uk, please include a photo of the issue you have and summarise the problem. Our Community Service team will investigate this issue for you and may ask you additional questions or ask you for additional photos to ensure we provide the right service for you. 


FAULTY/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order is faulty or incorrect, we’d like to fix this straightaway. Please email hello@pinter.co.uk with details of your order, the issue, and any photos that may help.

The images of our products on our website or mobile app are for illustrative purposes only. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Product packaging may vary.

The packaging of our products may be different from that shown on our website or app.

Fair wear and tear

Your rights do not apply to faults which result from fair wear and tear.


SUPERUSERS - TASTING EXPERIENCES

This scheme is only applicable to new customers. If you are a past or present customer who previously owned or currently own a Pinter, you are not eligible.

All Tasting Experiences must take place on the weekend 22nd-24th March 2024.

Your Hosting Packs will be sent to the address you registered with and all correspondence to the email you registered with. Correspondence will be by email, phone, or mail.

If you have been sent additional Pinters for your guests to purchase, you can earn up to £240 if all Pinters are sold - 6 in total. All Pinters must be purchased through our website via: https://try.pinter.co.uk/tastingexperienceathome/. The commission is capped at £240.


PERSONAL DATA AND YOUR INFORMATION

Nothing is more important to us than our customers. We will always put your best interests first and that includes how we manage your data. We keep it safe and only keep it if it’s going to help us serve you better.

The data controller (the company that’s responsible for your privacy) for everything we do is Pinter.

You may sign up to our mailing list if you’d like to be kept up to date with what we’re up to, and you can also unsubscribe at any time.

COMPETITIONS AND PRIZE DRAWS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pinter shall not be liable under or in connection with product giveaways, for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant. The liability under or in connection with the competition shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. All winners of competitions, prize draws and giveaways will have 7 days from the day they are contacted to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in a new winner being selected.

Delivery Charges: 

Customers may be required to pay for delivery charges on discounted and free beers and merchandise. 

Association: 

This promotion is not associated with any third party and the use of their products does not qualify as an endorsement of Pinter or its brand. 

Organiser's Responsibility: 

The organiser, Pinter, is not responsible for any misuse of the prizes by the winners or their failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion. Pinter is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by participants or winners in relation to the giveaway. 

Duration: 

Pinter reserves the right to end the campaign without prior warning. The length of the giveaway is dependent on the number of sales throughout the campaign period. Pinter will provide customers with appropriate notification regarding the conclusion of the giveaway. 

Customers will have until 31st August to claim their prize and/or notify Pinter with an image of their Peel & Win sticker. If a customer does not claim their prize in this timeframe, then Pinter refuses the right not to validate the claim. 


GOLDEN STICKER COMPETITION

All orders containing at least one Pinter Pack between 15th and 29th February 2024 have a chance of winning a Year of Fresh Beer (gift cards/discount codes equivalent to 1 Pinter Pack per month only for 12 months). Pinter orders are included in this since they come with a Pinter Pack and each Pinter Pack ordered counts as an individual entry. For example, an order of four Pinter Packs counts as four entries with a chance of receiving a Golden Sticker worth a Year of Fresh Beer. 

All Golden Stickers must be redeemed by 14th March by emailing hello@pinter.com with the subject-line GOLDEN STICKER WINNER. Each Golden Sticker is only redeemable one time and is not transferable to someone else - a winner must be a current Pinter customer.


REFRESH YOUR PINTER

The Refresh your Pinter scheme allows Pinter 2 customers to send back their Pinter 2 and/or Co-Pinter 2 back to us for us to recycle and in return, they’ll receive a voucher to put towards a Pinter 3 or Co-Pinter 3. The scheme will run for a limited time only and we reserve the right to end the scheme at any point. 

To take part in the scheme, customers need to complete the Refresh your Pinter form that can be found here. Upon completing this form, they will receive an email to the email address you registered with including their voucher(s) and how to return. The return method will be DPD and will be free of charge. 

The customer has 1 month after completing the form, to return their Pinter 2(s) and/or Co-Pinter 2(s). Only one voucher can be used at a time at a checkout. Vouchers for Co-Pinters can also be redeemed against Pinters. Pinter vouchers cannot be redeemed against Co-Pinters. No cash alternative will be offered. 


GIFT CARDS

Gift cards of all denominations (£10, £25, £50 and £100) are redeemable against any products that are in stock and on our website and are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Gift cards can only be purchased one at a time. Multiple gift cards can be used in one order and can be used alongside discount codes. The total value of the gift card can be applied across multiple orders, providing there is balance remaining. Should you wish to refund a product paid for with a gift card, the balance will be returned onto the gift card.

ALL-IN-ONE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERM

Your Pinter “All-In-One Subscription” will continue until your 12th payment has been successfully received. 

SUBSCRIPTION

You will purchase a Pinter as part of the All-In-One subscription for £1.

In return for the recurring fee included in your plan, you can regularly purchase Fresh Presses. Pinter All-In-One subscriptions are concluded for a fixed period of 12 orders after which will automatically switch over to our Fresh Beer subscription. This does not affect your right to withdraw from your Pinter All-In-One subscription within 30 days of the receipt date of the first goods.

WHO CAN PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION?

Customers must be at least 18 years old and have a Pinter account and reside in the United Kingdom. There is a limit of one All-In-One subscription per account. 

PRICES AND INFORMATION

When you register for a Pinter All-In-One subscription for the regular delivery of our products, we shall make you aware in a clear and prominent manner, and directly before the placing your order of; the duration of the contract, the conditions once the subscription has been completed in its entirety, and the conditions for terminating the subscription. 

DELIVERY

Delivery shall be fulfilled on or around the date of your first placed order, unless you have utilised the ‘Send it ASAP’ feature where your order will be with you as soon as possible.  If there are reasons why we believe that delivery may be delayed, we will of course notify you via email. 

PAYMENTS

If you register for a Pinter All-In-One subscription you acknowledge and agree that we or our third-party payment provider is authorised to charge you on a recurring basis for your subscription. The Pinter All-In-One subscription has a fixed recurring fee, which will be charged to you at the time of shipment. Payment and shipment dates will be communicated via email and indicated in your account. If these dates change, we will notify you of such in a timely manner.

When purchasing the All-In-One subscription for the first time, you will be charged for the Pinter as well as the subscription price which will be detailed in your basket. The subscription price will then be charged every order you make, up to 12 orders.

If for some reason the payment fails, we will temporarily stop shipping any Fresh Presses until the payment succeeds. In such case, we will communicate with you via email to get you back on track. 

We accept payment by debit cards, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) and PayPal. You must provide details of a payment method when you set up a Subscription.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to supplement and amend these Terms and Conditions for any reason at any time. It is your responsibility as a customer to review these on each occasion you access the Pinter website and/or app. 

If we change the terms for the subscription plan, including associated prices, we will send you a notification to the email address to the email address associated with your order and/or account, stating the changes and the date on which these changes will take effect. In case you are not willing to agree to these changes, you may terminate your subscription prior to the date the changes shall take effect. Price changes will only apply to subsequent billing cycles following notice of the change, provided that you have not cancelled your subscription

VARIATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION

Sometimes your chosen Fresh Press may be out of stock. In such circumstances, we will notify you via email, and if no changes are made to your subscription order, we will send you the default beer of the month.  Pinter may also discontinue or change any product that is the subject of a subscription from time to time. In such event, we will promptly contact you by email to inform you of this discontinuation or variation and will modify your subscription accordingly. We will help you to change your subscription and if not, send you something we think you’ll love instead. 

TERMINATION

You can cancel your Pinter “Spread Payments” Subscription without liability for any reason within 30 days of the date of our email to you confirming your subscription and your first order, by notifying us via email. We will organise your Pinter to be returned to us. You can cancel your Pinter “All-In-One Subscription” after 30 days but without the option to return your Pinter and will be charged the RRP price of the machine. 

RETURNING YOUR PINTER 

If you terminate your subscription within the day 30 period, please contact us at hello@pinter.co.uk, we will arrange for your Pinter to be returned. 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership of the Pinter will not pass to you until you have placed and paid for the minimum number of orders. Ownership of the Pinter Packs and all other products delivered to you in any order shall pass to you when you have paid for the applicable order.

PINTER AFTERCARE

You are entitled to schedule up to three 30-minute video calls with our customer service agents for product-related assistance. To book a video call, simply click the provided link in your welcome email. Calls are subject to agent availability during standard business hours, and rescheduling or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance through the booking platform. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in session forfeiture, and customers are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable device for the call. 

EXTENDED WARRANTY

By subscribing to our all-in-one subscription, you automatically receive an extended warranty, granting you a total coverage period of 18 months from the date of purchase. This extended warranty adds an extra six months to the standard warranty period, offering you enhanced protection for your product. This coverage encompasses defects in materials or workmanship and ensures that you can enjoy peace of mind throughout an extended period. Please refer to our standard warranty terms and conditions for specific details on coverage and any applicable exclusions. 

APPLICABLE LAW

These Subscription Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or your Subscription or any Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Subscription Terms and your Subscription.

LEGAL SIDE OF THINGS

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

We have the right and may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. 

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. Unless you have our express permission, you are not allowed to use or reproduce any part of the Website for commercial purposes.
