Fresh Beer Club: The Details
How do I change my Fresh Beer Club subscription selection?
You can update your next Fresh Beer Club selection by heading to ‘Your subscription’ within your account and selecting ‘Edit upcoming order’ in the subscription section.
Here you can choose the Fresh Beer that you want, and also amend the quantity on your subscription on a monthly basis. Just click ‘Add’ on the Fresh Beer you’d like to select, and click the ‘+’ and ‘-’ to amend quantities of existing selections. Once you’re happy, to save just click ‘Update order’.
You’ll then be able to see your updated selection in your ‘Account overview’.
Please note that as of 7th December 2022, you can now only select your upcoming Fresh Beer selection, rather than up to 3 months in advance.
How do I skip a month of my Fresh Beer Club subscription?
You can skip a month or pause your Fresh Beer Club subscription at any time through your account section on the website, or from the Fresh Beer Club section of the Pinter App.
How can I change how many Fresh Presses I’ll get each month?
You can increase or decrease the number of Fresh Presses at any point from your account section on the website, or from the Fresh Beer Club section of the Pinter App.
Does my subscription cover both Hopper and Classic Fresh Presses?
Yes, it does.
How do I change my address for delivery?
You can add or change your delivery address at any point from your account section on the website or from the Fresh Beer Club section of the Pinter App.
To promote an address to be your primary address, simply click 'Make main address'. This is where we'll deliver your subscription orders.
When will I receive my monthly Fresh Beer Club order?
Your monthly order will be dispatched on the same day each month. The dispatch day is the same day on which you purchased/activated your subscription. If you start your subscription on the last day of any month, it will default to the last day of each subsequent month.
Can I change the date of my subscription?
Yes, as long as you haven’t changed within the last 3 months, you can now change the date of your monthly subscription. To update your subscription date, please contact Customer Service and we'll be able to update it in your account.
How much is a Fresh Beer Club membership?
A subscription to our Fresh Beer Club costs £16.99pm for one Fresh Press until 3rd October. From then onwards you will receive a 20% discount on every Fresh Press chosen in your subscription.
What if I increase the number of Fresh Presses in my subscription?
If you increase your Fresh Press amount per month, every additional Fresh Press on subscription will save you an additional £1.00.
From 3rd October, you can still increase the number of Fresh Presses, however each will cost 20% off RRP.
